Istanbul – Die Türkei steuert auf eine Verfassungskrise zu. Das oberste Berufungsgericht des Landes für Strafsachen, Yargıtay, will ein Urteil des Verfassungsgerichts nicht nur nicht anerkennen, sondern hat stattdessen am Mittwochabend den Generalstaatsanwalt beauftragt, Ermittlungen gegen die Mitglieder des Verfassungsgerichts aufzunehmen, weil diese ihre Befugnisse in unrechtmäßiger Weise überschritten hätten.
