BIH: Tender Bid for Buying Shares of ABS Bank Called

The Austrian Steiermaerkische Bank und Sparkassen AG, Graz, has called a tender bid for buying shares of issuer ABS-Bank Sarajevo. Offers will be accepted until March 12th, 2007, Sarajevos stock exchange reported. The bidder Steiermaerkische Bank und Sparkassen AG is owner of 131,013 regular shares of ABS-Banke Sarajevo, which is 49.488 per cent of the total number of shares issued.

The tender bid is related to all regular shares of the issuer with no burden or rights of third parties, and which are not subject of any limits regarding possible transmissions. The offered price is BAM 390 (EUR 203) per share. The company authorised for collecting tender applications is brokerage house Eurohouse. (Croatiabiz.com)
